Our Operations Management System (OMS) is essential to guiding our employees towards achieving this vision.
Compliance and continuous improvement.
Our OMS supports a systematic, iterative approach to continuously improve our performance in our pursuit of operational excellence. OMS provides a standardized approach and specific requirements for effective operations, including setting goals, objectives and targets. Our OMS is based on a Plan-Do-Check-Adjust cycle and guides the way we identify and manage risk, promotes a learning environment and drives continuous improvement. Our comprehensive OMS supports management system oversight of the following programs: environment, asset integrity, emergency response, health and safety, security and damage prevention.
